General Booking Details

 

  • Terms & Conditions: Please ensure that you have read our terms and conditions before making a booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: Please note that all bookings are based on a first come first served basis and are provisional until confirmed in writing by us.
  • Payment: We accept payment by credit card, debit card or cheque. We charge 2% for payments by credit cards. Payments by debit card or cheque do not attract a charge.
  • Visitor Gifting Scheme: For further information regarding our visitor gifting scheme please see our Cornwall Wildlife Trust page.
  • Changeover Day: Our changeover day is Saturday during the main season, Easter to end of October, and bookings are for full weeks unless we have a late availability. Please click here for information on short break periods.
  • Arrival & Departure Times: Please remember your cottage is available from 4-00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10-00 a.m. on day of departure.
  • Changes to your Booking: Please, you will need to tell us if there are any changes in who’s coming from those named on the original booking.
  • Cottage Capacity: Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that it can sleep using Visit Britain and Quality in Tourism guidelines. So please remember, the cottage capacity cannot be exceeded – for comfort and safety of guests.

What’s Included

 

  • All of our comprehensive onsite facilities.
  • All utilities including gas and electricity.
  • Beds made up for you on arrival with allergy free duvets and pillows. You will, however, need to bring bedding for any cots requested.
  • Full linen change when staying for 2 weeks.
  • Free WiFi internet in every cottage.
  • All bathroom towels. We provide a bath towel per person and a hand towel in the bathroom. You will need to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and the beach.
  • One loo roll per loo, you will need to bring additional supplies.
  • Where suitable, you can request cot, high chair and stair gate. We also have some bed guards, black out blinds and baby baths.
  • Environmentally friendly cleaning solutions for kitchen and bathroom and washing up liquid, dish washer tablets and washing ball.
  • In the kitchen: tea towels; sponge/scourer; salt and pepper; bin liners.
  • All cottages have a Gold Award from Enjoy England meaning “exceptional service in all areas but in particular in service and hospitality”.
  • The cottages are fully equipped with details on our cottages pages.
  • All our cottages are non smoking and pet free allowing us to cater for those with allergies.

Short Breaks


Short breaks are available from end of October to Easter except for Christmas, New Year and February half term. We are flexible on the day of arrival and length of stay. These breaks can be booked at any time in advance of the holiday. Short breaks during main season are only available as a late availability.
