On entering the tall bright hallway the classic oak staircase leads up to the open plan living room which has exposed wooden trusses, comfortable furnishings, fully fitted kitchen, solid oak flooring and cosy log burner. A superb space in which to unwind.

The ground floor has "gorgeous" under floor heating; two welcoming bedrooms, one double and a twin, both with exposed beams and wooden flooring; bathroom with bath and separate spacious shower; and, an additional cloakroom. Outside there is a planted patio to the rear.

There are two flat screen digital TV’s one in the lounge and the second in the double bedroom.
